Terms & Conditions Soul Flow Holistics

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all sessions, workshops, ceremonies, trainings, and services offered by Soul Flow Holistics, based in Jávea, Spain, and facilitated by Marsha, Holistic Coach, Reiki Teacher & Therapist.

By booking, reserving, or participating in any offering, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

Soul Flow Holistics offers holistic services including, but not limited to: Reiki healing, Reiki training, sound healing, holistic coaching (including EFT), yoga, meditation, and ceremonial gatherings.

All services are provided with the intention of supporting relaxation, personal development, and energetic well-being.

3. Bookings & Payments

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment unless otherwise agreed.

Payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date or offering, subject to availability.

Soul Flow Holistics reserves the right to make changes to scheduled sessions or events when necessary.

4. Participation

By participating in any session or event, you agree to:

Arrive on time
Respect the space and other participants
Follow any guidance provided by the facilitator

Participation is voluntary. You are free to pause, rest, or leave a session at any time.

5. Health & Responsibility

All sessions, workshops, ceremonies, and services offered by Soul Flow Holistics are intended for relaxation, personal development, and energetic well-being. They do not replace medical or psychological diagnosis, treatment, or care. If you have any medical condition, are pregnant, taking medication, or are unsure about your physical or mental suitability, you are advised to consult a qualified medical professional before participating.

By participating in any offering, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
You will inform the facilitator of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or medication use prior to participation.
You participate voluntarily and at your own discretion.
You are free to pause, rest, or leave a session at any time.

Plant Ceremonies (Blue Lotus & Cacao)

Some ceremonies may include the optional use of Blue Lotus (Nymphaea caerulea) and/or ceremonial cacao.

By participating, you acknowledge that:

Participation and consumption are entirely voluntary.
These are offered as part of a traditional ceremonial experience and are not intended as medical treatment.
You are responsible for informing the facilitator of any medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies, heart conditions, or medication use.
You participate at your own discretion and responsibility.

Blue Lotus and cacao are not recommended during pregnancy or when using certain medications.

Soul Flow Holistics does not provide medical advice. These offerings are not a substitute for professional medical care.

6. Liability

Soul Flow Holistics and Marsha are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in any session, workshop, or ceremony, except where required by law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Denia, Spain.
